How to write our name, which logo to use where, and the details to put on an invoice to us.

Please ask before using our name or logos.

The files below are here so that anyone we have agreed a use with gets them right, not as a general licence. Get in touch through our contact page and tell us where and how you would like to use them.

Our name

NeoProtect: one word, capital N and capital P, in every language and every context, including headlines and the start of a sentence.

The lowercase lettering in our logo is part of the artwork, not a spelling to copy into text. The lowercase neoprotect is fine where the context forces it: the domain neoprotect.net and our social handles @neoprotectnet.

The company is NeoProtect GmbH. Use the full legal name on contracts and invoices; everywhere else, NeoProtect on its own is right.

Our products are written exactly like this: GameShield, On-Premise Platform, On-Premise Shield and OOL Shield.

When you use them

  • Use the files as they are. Don't recolour, stretch, rotate, outline or add effects.
  • Don't rebuild the logo from the font or rearrange the mark and the name.
  • Leave clear space around the logo of at least the height of the mark, and keep the wordmark at least 80 px wide on screen.
  • Use the blue logo on white or light backgrounds and the white one on dark backgrounds.
  • Don't place it in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or certification we haven't agreed to.

  • Use the company name exactly as above, with GmbH, and not the name of the person you work with.
  • Our VAT ID belongs on the invoice if you invoice from outside Germany under the reverse charge procedure.

Payment

For suppliers invoicing NeoProtect only. If you are a customer, your payment terms are in your contract and our Terms of Service.

Where we can, we prefer automated payments, so you get paid as quickly as possible. Invoices are usually paid within 14 to 30 days.
