What working with us looks like.
Fully remote
Every open role is remote within Germany. No office days, no relocation.
You place your hours
Within legal limits and the few meetings that are set, you decide when you work. Students plan around their semester.
Critique is the job
Use a system, ask what could be better, and write it up as an issue or a concept. Substantive criticism is expected in every direction, because that is how the product gets better.
Equipment is on us
A laptop, or a BYOD arrangement if you prefer your own machine, plus paid AI tooling and the software the job needs.
Not on your own
When you're stuck, the team steps in and helps you through it. New work is scoped with support in mind.
Async where it works
A lot of the work can happen in writing, on your own schedule, alongside calls when talking is faster.
Find your place here.
Bring your perspective to the work of keeping people and their networks connected.

Equal treatment. Clear terms.
For every role, and for speculative applications too.
Equal opportunity
We select on the qualifications, skills and experience the role needs. Applications are welcome regardless of gender or gender identity, ethnic origin, race, religion or belief, disability, age, or sexual identity.
Please don't send a photo, your date of birth, marital status or nationality — we don't need them and don't assess them.
Pay and working time
